In a quiet corner of the city stands a shop that opens only to those willing to enter its strange realm. The Shop for Mortals and All Fools follows the story of a mysterious shopkeeper who trades not in objects, but in secrets, memories, disquiet and human yearnings.
Each visitor who enters the shop becomes a customer, invited to confront hidden parts of themselves through encounters that feel both intimate and unsettling. Inspired by Euripides’ The Bacchae, the story explores desire, power and the fragile line between reason and madness.
The Shop for Mortals and All Fools is a site-responsive and immersive physical theatre experience conceived by Vinicius Salles. The Shop for Mortals and All Fools welcomes clients seeking distinction, discretion, and items not easily found elsewhere.
