Book now! A hidden corner, a fleeting chance, a shop unlike any other. Watch trailer I am an artist working with immersive performance, movement, and interdisciplinary practice. My work challenges conventional storytelling through personal narratives, technology, design, and collaboration. I explore identity and perception alongside feminist, queer, and political discourse, creating immersive experiences that question traditional performance structures.

My practice spans over 35 years. I trained in Performing Arts at Martins Pena in Brazil and later completed a Master’s degree in Documentary Film at UAL in London. I have collaborated with leading Brazilian and UK physical theatre and dance companies, including Punchdrunk, Gecko, and Jasmin Vardimon Company. As a rehearsal director with Jasmin Vardimon Company and Punchdrunk, and as a co performer and workshop leader with Punchdrunk since 2005, I have contributed to the creation and refinement of immersive performances. Guided by a mysterious shopkeeper, you will move through an intimate and carefully crafted environment where theatre, installation and live encounter blur together. With only a small group of customers at a time, every moment feels close, personal and slightly unpredictable.
As curiosity pulls you deeper, the ordinary begins to slip. Encounters become unsettling, choices begin to matter, and the line between control and surrender starts to fade.
Inside the shop, 13 strange relics have appeared overnight. They look ordinary, but they are not. You may choose to take part in a game of chance through sealed blind boxes. Some hold more than objects. One unlocks a private one to one experience that shifts everything.
This is a dark and playful journey into temptation, power and the unknown. The question is simple: what are you willing to exchange?

He has played roles for some of the most acclaimed directors working today, including Simon McBurney, Terry Gilliam, Lucy Bailey, Felix Barret and Tom Stoppard. He has worked extensively with Punchdrunk, playing leading roles in The Burnt City, The Drowned Man, The Masque of the Red Death, Sleep No More and Faust, where he portrayed Mephistopheles. Further credits include collaborations with Gecko Theatre, Jasmin Vardimon Company, the English National Opera, Theatre O. Alongside his stage work, he has appeared in commercial campaigns and screen projects, most recently a John Lewis and Coinbase. As a mixed-race, queer immigrant, trained in Capoeira and with a background that encompasses circus and aerial work, Vinicius brings a rare physical intelligence and range to every project he takes on. Vinicius Salles offers workshops focusing on performer body training; a comprehensive approach to training and performance, including immersive and site-responsive techniques, that investigate the intersections of bodies and their environments. With over 30 years of extensive experience in dance, theatre, and immersive experiences, I have dedicated my career to the realms of physical theatre and immersive storytelling. Through hands-on collaboration, my commitment lies in fostering a dynamic and collaborative learning environment.



The workshop formats are:

. 3 hours long;
. One weekend1
. One week for residency, culminating in a sharing session at the end.



The Participants will be exposed to various devising techniques based on physical theatre, dance, and traditional theatre, combined to explore immersive experiences. The aim is to enhance performers' sensitivity to space, character, and narrative. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
